Korean Language Program
세종사이버대학교 한국어교육원은 외국인들을 대상으로 한국 생활에 필요한 기초 의사소통능력을 갖추도록 한국어 정규 교육과정을 통해 한국어와 한국문화를 집중적으로 교육시키고 있습니다. 저희 교육원에서는 외국인 학생들의 말하기 능력 향상에 힘을 쏟고 있습니다.
※주의사항(Precautions)
1. All of our Korean courses are online. They will be held in Korea so we follow Korea Standard Time.
2. We can't offer a student Visa.
3. A new student will take a Level Test before the semester begins.
4. Please check the depositor(put the right name) when you pay the tuition.
5. If the number of students is insufficient, our class can be closed. You will get a refund if you have already paid the tuition.
6. You MUST have a Korean bank account to get a refund. You can not get a refund to a foreign bank account.
7. To get a certificate, you MUST get a total of 70 points, including attendance scores(10%) and a final test score(90%).
8. Our certificate of completion will only be provided in a soft copy (PDF file).

강의 교재(Textbooks)
저희 교육원에서는 세종 한국어(1권 ~ 8권) 교재를 사용합니다. 또한, 수업을 듣는 모든 학생들에게 eBook을 제공합니다.
Our institute uses Sejong Korean textbooks(From volume 1 to 8). Also, we provide eBooks to all students who take classes.
세종 한국어는 14과로 구성되어 있습니다.(1권은 12과로 구성되어 있음.)
Sejong Korean books consist of 14 units except Sejong Korean 1(which has 12 units).
8주라는 짧은 시간에 끝내기에는 너무 많은 양입니다.
It is too difficult to finish all units in just 8 weeks.
그렇기 때문에 저희는 한 권을 절반으로 나눠서 수업을 운영하고 있습니다.
That's why we divide one book in half and run the class. (Basically from 1 to 6, from 7 to 12 or from 1 to 7 and from 8 to 14)

Type 1. Re-registered student: A student who is retaking our Korean course.
Type 2. New student referral: A new student who is introduced to our Korean course by a student who has taken our class previously.
Type 3. Registered student referral: A registered student who recommends our Korean course to their friends.
(the more friends you invite to our semester, the more discount you can get. Maximum 50% off!
So each new friend, you will get 10% off. For example, if you bring 4 friends in our class, you can get 50 percent off.)
