A Study on the Preference of Icecarving Design Type in Hotel Banquet Hall: Focused on the Demographic Characteristics

The purpose of this study is to examine customer preferences for the types of ice carving design in a hotel ballroom or restaurant. By that, this author intends to provide foundational material to improve customer satisfaction and management performance with the most appropriate physical expressions and the enhancement of space vitality. Also, this study aims to verify difference in preferences for a variety of ice carving works according to demographic characteristics in order to influence hotel business performance positively.
